Project Description
In select cases, we also offer complete project execution and installation, provided that the electrical design documentation was previously developed in a BIM environment.
For a functionalist-style passive home project in Brno, we executed all electrical installation work. This included the manufacturing and supply of distribution boards, as well as the programming, configuration, and testing of all automation systems.
During execution, it was necessary to meet the client’s demanding requirements for functionality, comfort, and safety. Simultaneously, we had to strictly adhere to the construction details designed by the architect, which were crucial for achieving the energy performance required for a passive home standard, as well as maintaining the high aesthetic quality of both the exterior and interior.
The home was subsequently awarded Passive House of the Year in the Czech Republic by an expert jury.
